John drives to the beach which is 270 miles away from his house. In 2 hours, he drives 120 miles. If he continues at that speed, how long does it take him to get to the beach

The answer is 4.5 hours.
 
120 miles/2 hours = 60 mph
270-120 = 150 miles
150 miles/60 mph = 2.5 hrs

2 hrs+2.5 hrs = 4.5 hours for the whole trip
