Gay-Lussac’s Law is a component of the Ideal Gas Law that deals with the relationship between the change of pressure and temperature while holding volume constant. The equation looks like this:

— = —
T1 T2

where P1 and T1 represent the pressure and temperature before the change, and P2 and T2 represent the pressure and temperature after.
