Alleles present themselves as recessive or dominant which determines what traits an individual displays.
Alleles are different forms of the same gene, meaning that not all humans share the same alleles; e.g allele for brown eyes.
There’s a fixed number of alleles (such as the fixed number of alleles for hair colour because there’s a limited number of natural hair colours).
