Hey there :)

Let us first make mixed fractions into a single fraction
[tex]3 \frac{3}{4} = \frac{15}{4} [/tex]

[tex] \frac{15}{4} [/tex] ÷ [tex] \frac{2}{8} [/tex]

When dividing fractions, we change the second fraction into its reciprocal and then we multiply

Therefore, 
= [tex] \frac{15}{4} [/tex] x [tex] \frac{8}{2} [/tex]
= [tex] \frac{15}{4} [/tex] x 4
= 15
