70 miles = 1 hour

Divide by 70 through to get 1 mile ..
(70 ÷ 70) miles = (1 ÷ 70) hour
1 mile = 1/70 hour

Multiply by 400 through to get 400 miles
1 x 400 miles = 1/70 x 400 hours
400 miles = 5 5/7 hours
