If f(x) = 4x - 3, what is (f^-1 o f)(10)?

f(x)=(4x-3)^-1(10))
         (-4x+3(10))
           (-4x(30))
i think that's how you would solve it i can't quite remember if you substitute the x with the 10 but if you do it would be 
f(x)=4(10)-3
          40-3
            37
but im pretty sure it's the first way.
