I Think It Affects How You Tell It, Because If Your Someone Who Doesn't Have It, But Is Telling It, Then It Might Not Be Accurate, Or Correct. On The Other Hand, If You Have It And Are Telling It, Then That's Your Experience. It's Accurate, Because You Actually Know How It Feels.
