I'm not completely sure what the question is, but, if it is how much money does it cost for one can of beans, the answer would be $1.29. 
Since she bought 3 cases with 6 cans, that would mean she bought a total of 18 cans. 23.15 divided by 18 is 1.286... so you can round it to 1.29. Good luck!
