Where v= velocity and t= time
or
[tex]a = \frac{f}{m} [/tex]

Method 1 :

Acceleration is given by the formula :

a = (v - u)/t

a is the acceleration , u is the initial velocity , v is the final velocity , t is the time in seconds

Method 2 :

Acceleration (a) = F/m

F is the force applied and m is the mass in kg
