2 miles every 2/5 hour.
how long for 11 miles

Make a ratio
2/5  =  x
2        11

cross multiply
(2/5)(11)=(2)(x)
4.4 = 2x
divide both sides by 2
2.2 = x

It will take her 2.2 hours (or 2 1/5) to jog 11 miles.

Hope this helps :)
