How did the English bill of rights help make England more democratic

The English Bill of Rights was an act which was passed in the Parliament of England in 1989. This bill helps make England more democratic by separation of powers as well as limiting the powers of Queen and King. This also enhances the democratic election and gives strength to freedom of speech which is an essential element of any democracy.
