First you have to find the common denominator, what does 5 and 25 go into? 25 right. So now you set it up 5/25 is 5 then 5X2 is 10. So your first fraction is 10/25. then you do this to the other side which gives you 3. So now "Just like you have written you have 13/25. Now divide, it gives you .52. if .50 is half, then .52 is close to half. so your answer is B.
