v^2/(1-v^2/c^2)=R
v^2=R(1-v^2/c^2)
v^2=R-Rv^2/c^2
v^2-Rv^2/c^2=R
v^2(1-R/c^2)=R
v=sqrt(R/(1-R/c^2))
where R was original right side, dont forget plus minus
