The answer is 3 ft by 6 ft. Since 3 times 6 is 18 and 3+3+6+6 is 18.

I am not really sure how to put the working out, but the answer is
6 and 3
.
I can check it by using the formulae for area and perimeter.
A = w x l
P = 2 (l + w).
If you put the
6 and the 3 into
those, you get the right answer.
