13/7 equals 1.857. 1.857 times 3 is 5.571. 5.571 + 5 is 10.571. I solved this with PEMDAS. There were no parentheses or exponents. Multiplication and division is interchangeable, so I went from left to right, first dividing 13 with 7, then multiplying the quotient with 3, then adding 5. Hope this helps!
