2[x^2 - (m/2)x + (n/2)]

Multiply the two given factors together

(x-2) (x-3) = x^2 - 5x + 6

Then set the coefficients of x equal and the constant terms equal

(m/2) = 5 , m = 10

(n/2) = 6, n = 12

The original expression becomes 2 x^2 - 10x + 12
