Explanation: The battle of bunker hill (also called Breed's Hill) was a British win because the colonists (America) ran out of ammo and had to retreat. The British won but, it proved that the Continental Army could stand up against the British and fight to try and gain independence. Which would then lead to Dorchester Heights which was a patriot win.
