Hello,

You have to know this property:

[tex] (x^{a})^b=x^{a*b}\\\\We have:\\\\(10^6)^x=10^{-18}\\\\So:\\ \\ 6*x=-18 \\ x= \frac{-18}{6} \\ \boxed{x=-3}[/tex]
