BODMAS : Bracket, Order, Division, Multiplication, Addition, and Subtraction.

Using BODMAS, first we need to perform division in the given expression.

[tex]=9-(3\div \dfrac{1}{3})+1[/tex]

[tex]=9-(3\times 3)+1[/tex]

[tex]=9-9+1[/tex]

Now, apply addition.

[tex]=(9+1)-9[/tex]

[tex]=10-9[/tex]

Now, apply subtraction.

[tex]=1[/tex]

Therefore, the value of given expression is 1.
