C= specific heat capacity

ΔT=change in temperature

we know that given mass of water =29.6 g

and ΔT=T2-T1=125-(-55)=180

specific heat capacity of water is 4.18 j/g °C

therefore ΔH= 29.6 g*4.18 j/g °C* 180 °C

so ΔH=22271.04 j
