Taking the integrals of both sides

∫(α/P) dT = ∫(1/V) dV

Taking the exponent of both sides

exp(αT/P) = exp(ln V + ln C)

exp(αT/P) = exp(ln V) X exp( ln C)

CV=exp(αT/P)
