Answer: The "as-is" and the "to-be" process model are business process models which defines the current state of a business process in an organization and the future State. Their primary goals is to determine what the problem is and then how to solve the problem. Both processes starts with the first stage of understanding what the process problem is and to determine the problem and the possible solutions
