I am working out to get ripped and build muscle. Is it better for me to do this workout that targets most of the body every day, or should I do arms one day, legs, core, and back, and do different sections every day? This is what I do now. 3x10 each.

leg lifts
pushups
bicicle kicks
v ups
barbell curls
bench press

It’s better to do separate days for building muscle. But make sure it’s two muscle groups at a time, ex. Legs and arms. My mom is a nutritionist and health coach.
