The natural rights are life, liberty and pursuit of happiness, seen as "unalienable rights" in the US Declaration of Independence.   Natural rights are rights given to humans by nature or God and can´t be suppressed or restricted by a government. They are contrasted with legal rights, which are granted by governments or legal systems.
