C = 2πr

r = 3

Input the variable:

C = 2π3

Multiply:

C = 6π

C = 6*3.14

C = 18.84

The circumference of the circle would be 18.84 inches.

As you know, we must use the formula C = 2πr.

So we just replace some parts.

C=2π3.

C=6π

18.84

There is also another way.

C = 2πr

To solve a circle, you must add both radius and make it into a diameter.

Then you multiply by π(pi)

Then you will get the answer / circumference.
