y=1/2x+8

y = x/2 +8
y = mx + c
m = gradiant. c = incest on the y axis
since it is parallel to line with slope (m) = 1/2
since m of two lines which are parallel are equal
: m = 1/2. c = 8
y = 1/2(x) + 8
y = x/2 + 8
